Process:


1. Contact by phone or email/contact form to discuss availability (date and colour post box required)

2. We will respond within 24 hours

3. A booking form will be sent which you must complete (includes your contact details and template design)  Let us know the the design you would like from the templates gallery and the details to go on it)

4. Your booking is only accepted once payment has been made.  Pricing can be found on the Price page. Payment details on how to pay us are found on the booking form or use the quick link below

5. Please re check availability should you take some time to complete or decide (we do not hold dates unfortunately)

6. We will send you your template plaque by email for approval. We are happy to make as many tweaks and changes as necessary

7. Relax!  Everything is ready! We will contact you closer to the time to arrange delivery or collection

 

Please note: Due to having multiple boxes we often have late availability slots, sometimes we find this element of your big day is often missed.  We also have bookings far in advance! So don't delay, contact today!
